Ep #5 This week on The Mother Daughter Empower Show, we interviewed Jennifer Ramirez founder of Women Rise! Jennifer is an entrepreneur, blogger, author, and motivational speaker. As a single mother who struggled to make ends meet, her hardships became her motivation to have a better life. Making many drastic changes in her life which has since led to great success, she felt compelled to share her own story in hopes that her past mistakes and struggles would help women to make better choices in their lives and empower them to be the best versions of themselves.

Podcast Ep. #4  This week on The Mother-Daughter Empower Show, I interviewed former paralympic swimmer Danielle Mcleod. Danielle is a mom, coach, and motivational speaker who represented Canada at two Paralympic Games, winning a total of three gold medals, two silvers, and one bronze. She held a total of eight world records overall in her career! Pretty impressive right! We had a great chat about achieving Success on YOUR own terms and she shared so many practical tips!

Podcast Ep. #3   This week I interviewed Coach Lorrie Gray, she sparked my attention when I stumbled upon the words "The Logic Behind our emotions" via her Instagram page. Lorrie knows a lot about raising tweens, she is a veteran homeschooling mom who is raising not one but two tween girls ages 10 and 13 right out of her home in LA. Lorrie is saving the world one life coaching session at a time and it was an honor to have her as a guest on the show! We had a great chat about where our emotions are truly coming from, how to let go, and the theory of multiple intelligences!

With Social media our girls are being exposed to so much more and are developing at a faster rate than generations before. By age 14 studies have shown that a girls confidence level will have decreased by 30% in comparison to boys of the same age. We want our girls to have the confidence that they need to face life challenges.
